By focusing on gentle breathing, it can help bring the mind to a calm and fulfilled state.<br>The physical benefits of yoga are perhaps the most well-known. Various corrective effects help to relieve the lack of exercise and improve overall body function.<br>Yoga also has aesthetic benefits. By strengthening the inner muscles, it helps to achieve a toned and firm body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use a Yoga Basics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The yoga basics provide the steps for each yoga pose as well as the benefits of the pose.<br>For example, the steps for the \u201cSun Salutation\u201d pose are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"swell-block-step\" data-num-style=\"circle\">\n<div class=\"swell-block-step__item\"><div class=\"swell-block-step__number u-bg-main\"><span class=\"__label\">Step<\/span><\/div><div class=\"swell-block-step__title u-fz-l\"><strong>Stand with your feet about hip-width apart.<\/strong><\/div><div class=\"swell-block-step__body\">\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"swell-block-step__item\"><div class=\"swell-block-step__number u-bg-main\"><span class=\"__label\">Step<\/span><\/div><div class=\"swell-block-step__title u-fz-l\"><strong>Inhale and raise your arms from the sides above your head, stretching upward.<\/strong><\/div><div class=\"swell-block-step__body\">\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"swell-block-step__item\"><div class=\"swell-block-step__number u-bg-main\"><span class=\"__label\">Step<\/span><\/div><div class=\"swell-block-step__title u-fz-l\"><strong>Gently look upward, stretch your body vertically within a comfortable range, and inhale class=\"__label\">Step<\/span><\/div><div class=\"swell-block-step__title u-fz-l\"><strong>Exhale as you bend your elbows slightly, bring your hands together in prayer position, lower them, and let u-bg-main\"><span class=\"__label\">Step<\/span><\/div><div class=\"swell-block-step__title u-fz-l\"><strong>Repeat steps 1\u20134, coordinating them with gentle breathing, for about 1\u20135 the \u201cSun Salutation\u201d pose.<br>As shown in the photo, steps 1\u20135 and their benefits are displayed.<br>Using the illustration displayed on the right side of the screen as a reference, try
