Identifying Key Issues in Building a Multi-Sided Non-Medical Digital Healthcare Platform Through Pretotyping
Abstract
In this study, we conducted a pre-prototyping exercise aimed at developing a multi-sided, non-medical digital healthcare platform, assuming health services in an office setting. We set up an experimental platform experience that combined multiple monitoring services and health-related services, and through this, we were able to clarify the importance of pre-established data governance agreements among participating companies, the management functions required of the platform operator, user needs, and ethical considerations. Based on these findings, we organized key perspectives for constructing the platform and demonstrated the usefulness of the pre-prototyping approach.
